Writing Portfolio for Michelle Wojdyla
Whether it is an in-depth magazine cover feature on an Olympic champion, a profile on a top skater, a 5-W story for the sports section on a competition, or a review of a professional tour, writing about figure skating is a challenge I relish.
My articles regularly appear in the magazines Blades
On Ice and U.S. Figure Skating's SKATING and
their website, usfsa.org. I have also worked for Spotlight
on Skating, American Skating World, and 6.0 Skate. Newspapers include the Birmingham
News and the Birmingham Post-Herald. The
United States
Olympic Committee has also published articles I have written on the U.S. Figure
Skating Championships.
Here are some samples of my work:

-- usfsa.org, October 2005

Away at Lake Placid
