I shot over 10,000 photos at the 2005 Lake Placid Ice Dance Championships. This is Mauri Gustafson & Logan Giuletti-Schmitt. They opened their free dance with a freakishly high jump by Logan, stayed in character throughout and rocked it all the way through.  Of all the photos I shot that week, this is my favorite.
