The first time I had ever seen Andrea Chong & Spencer Barnes was at 2003 LPIDC. Instantly they became one of my all-time favorite ice dance teams to photograph. They had just moved up to juniors in 2003. Andrea, especially, can create such a strong character that it reaches to the top of the arena. In this photo, she is looking down, but her clenched fist is enough to tell the story. I put this photo in the "just because" category just because I like her fist in it.
